All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature of event planning, materials procurement, and limited seating, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Attendance & Participation
This is a scheduled, multi-day experience. Attendees are responsible for arriving on time and participating in the workshop as scheduled. Late arrivals or missed portions of the experience will not be refunded or rescheduled.

By attending, you acknowledge that instructors may vary and that all teaching styles and techniques are based on each instructor’s professional expertise.
Photo & Video Release
This workshop includes professional photography and video content. By attending, you grant permission for The Lenaé Experience to capture and use photos and video for marketing, promotional, and publication purposes.

The Lenaé Experience is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the masterclass. Attendees participate at their own discretion.
Conduct
This experience is designed to be professional and collaborative. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

All important workshop details, including schedule, preparation instructions, and updates, will be sent via email. It is the attendee’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information at the time of purchase.
